A LETTER FROM JIM WRIGHT
Dear Friends and Customers,
Many of you know me, but for those of you who don't, I'm Jim Wright. I am the founder and sole owner of Woodbury Nissan. Woodbury Nissan opened its doors on July 5, 1977. We have been at this same location, although we have grown through 3 expansions and numerous renovations. I got my start in the auto industry as a technician, advanced into management, and today represent 4% of the dealer body who got their start in the "back end." Upon opening Woodbury Nissan I knew one thing, Quality Service, Personal Involvement, Competitive Pricing and Integrity are the factors for success. My theory was right! My quest for the best possible service has led us to be continually in the top one-half percent (.5%) of Nissan Dealers nationwide (there are over 1100 dealers). In 1996 we were the NUMBER ONE NISSAN DEALER IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NATIONWIDE! And you, our customers determine our ranking. No other dealer in the Delaware Valley has ever earned this award and it is far from our first, or last time.
As you have probably noticed, many dealerships seem to always be changing hands, especially in the import market. I am proud to say we are the oldest and most successful continuously owned Nissan Dealer in South Jersey, or Philadelphia for that matter. I suppose this sounds a lot like I'm bragging, and I guess I am although I am extremely proud of each and every one of our accomplishments, our awards, and above all the men and women who work with me each day. I feel that without a doubt, the employees of Woodbury Nissan, are the most knowledgeable, talented and hardworking group of truly caring individuals at any dealership......anyplace. In fact most of our employees are pictured here. If you click on their bio's you'll see why we are a very special place to purchase your next car or truck, new or used, or have your vehicle serviced.
Throughout the years, many customers have said to me, "Jim, its just different walking into your showroom, Its friendly and I just don't feel the pressure that I feel other places." My response is: "I want you to be treated like I like to be treated when I'm buying something." I'm sure our lack of pressure costs us some sales throughout the years, but I refuse to change. I constantly remind our salespeople; an automobile is the second biggest purchase a consumer makes during their lifetime. Why shouldn't it be an enjoyable experience? With keeping this in mind, many customers didn't pay this much money for their first house, so treat everyone with respect, they deserve it. At Woodbury Nissan, "we are family and we care", and as its owner I pledge to you to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, quality care, and outstanding service.
