A Lot Attendant must be highly organized, energetic and be outgoing and comfortable with people browsing the dealership's lot. Lot Attendants must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and must pass drug screen. People working within the automotive retail industry often have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.

Service Appointment Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Team! This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive BDC experience, or for someone with other customer service/telephone contact experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive all incoming service calls, establish relationships with the customers and schedule appointments for the Service Department
  • Interact daily with Service Advisors, Service Managers, other Managers, support staff and customers
  • Stay abreast of service policies (loaner vehicles, weekly/monthly specials, roadside assistance, hours, location/directions, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional and friendly phone skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous automotive experience preferred - not required
